        Corporate Wellness Proposal

What does it take to get started?

Your company has three options to choose from:

 

Our Regular Rate to Enroll:

3-Club Access: $59 to enroll, $39.95 a month (RR, 4th St and NE Heights)

4-Club Access: $59 to enroll, $49.00 a month (adds on Downtown-Executive)

 

Option 1:  Full Subsidy

If a company chooses to pay for all of their employee's memberships, we only charge the company for 25% of the total employees, at a discounted corporate rate of $33 a month, but all employees will have full use of our facilities.

Formula: # of employees x 25% x $396 = Annual Investment

Example: Company has 100 employees. 100 x 25% x $396 = $9900

-This is for three-club access, change $396 to $528 for four-club access.

-Company must have a minimum of 50 employees to be eligible for this plan

 

Option 2:  Partial Subsidy

Company pays a small up-front subsidy to lower the monthly dues costs for it’s employees.

Formula: # of employees x $20 = Company Investment

Example: Company has 50 employees. 50 X $20 = $1000

This will lower your employees monthly dues cost to $19.99, a savings of $120 a year, per employee! Employees will be eligible to enroll at this rate for a 90 day period after the subsidy has been paid. Company must have a minimum of 50 employees to be eligible for this rate. This is a 3-Club Access membership. For 4-Club substitute $26 in the formula. This would lower their dues to $34. If your company has less than 50 employees, we would  be happy to work out a special partial subsidy price for you.

 

Option 3:   Non-Subsidy

Employees pay for their own memberships, at a discounted rate. Company can collect dues through payroll deduction and send us one check a month, or ask their employees to pay us directly.

Three-Club Access: $33 to enroll and $33 a month

Four Club Access:   $33 to enroll and $44 a month

-Company must employ 50 or more employees to qualify

-Employer agrees to inform employees via a flyer in their payroll every 6 months.

-Employer agrees to allow The Sports Clubs to enroll employees on-site on a specific date.
